Who sets the Chain of Command?

The Chain of Command is set in stone by the United Temporal Federation of Planet's Constitution, whom is monitored and maintained my the Senate, the governing body of the organization.

Why do we have a Chain of Command?

A Chain of Command is like today's governments. The government makes decisions based on it's countries decision and what is best.

A Chain of Command is put in place to maintain a respective order and discipline amongst the organization. Whilst everyone's voice is welcomed, the message must be passed along the chain to ensure that no link is missed and all personnel along the chain receive the correct information in which they can make the appropriate decision on.

What happens if the Chain of Command is broken?

It is a serious matter if the Chain of Command is broken. The United Temporal Federation of Planets reserves the right to process the offender with Section 5 of the United Temporal Federation of Planets Constitution.

The Chain of Command can be considered broken if member of the organization goes over the head of a more senior member of the chain.
