While everyone prepares to celebrate Temporal Federation Day, Timefleet Headquarters is visited by the charming and notorious pirate Captain Henry Morgan who uses his skills and some perfume he picked up in the Gamma Quadrant to seduce the ladies and pave the way for him to steal some of the Continents best works of art and the highly valuable Nano Probes which are held in the vaults of Timefleet Medical.

The USS Victory is sent to Romulus when the Romulan Senate asks the Federation for help. Their once former glorious Empire lies in ruins with few ship and resources to aid their own people. Pirates and squatters have moved in to try to take over unprotected worlds and space lanes. The crew of the Victory will have a challenging mission ahead of them as they once again find themselves living with the horrors of the post Gamma Burst recovery.

After the discovery of a stow-away on the ship, The USS Venture gets a well-deserved shore leave on Gibraltar where they will celebrate the Temporal Federation Day with their fellow officers in Timefleet Headquarters, New Scotland. Corporal Jessica Whyte managed to slip on the ship during its brief stop at Starbase Zeta in the 25th century. Now she must either be returned to her own time or retrained to life in the 31st century.
